SPONTI KM is more than just a wine – it's lived passion, true craftsmanship, and the fulfillment of a long-held dream: Your own wine, spontaneously fermented, matured in a small barrique barrel – full of character and personality.
What began in 2012 with 300 liters of Silvaner is today a passion project with now nine barriques become. Every year, new, exciting wines are created through a spirit of experimentation and the courage for individuality – from hand-picked grapes, gently pressed and naturally fermented, without any pure yeast.
The grape varietals? As diverse as the ideas behind them: Kerner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Scheurebe, Morio-Muskat – and of course Silvaner, Our Franconian identity is there every year.
SPONTI KM stands for wines with soul, depth, and a unique style – made with love for wine.
