Below you will find information on our prices, shipping costs, delivery conditions, and payment options.

Prices

All prices listed in our online shop are total prices in Euros and include the currently applicable statutory value-added tax.

In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs may apply. The shipping costs for your order will be displayed in the shopping cart as well as during the checkout process before you submit your binding order.

Delivery area

Orders and deliveries through our online shop generally take place within Germany.

International shipments are only possible upon prior individual inquiry and on the basis of a separate agreement. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can inform you about the available shipping options and the specific shipping costs.

Shipping costs within Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 8.90 € including VAT per order.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders with a value of €150.00 or more.

The value of the goods after deducting any granted discounts and before adding shipping costs is decisive.

Shipping method

Shipping is usually done with DPD in shipping boxes suitable for wine.

Delivery may be made by freight forwarder for orders of 60 bottles or more. The specific shipping method will be determined by us based on the size and weight of the order.

If the requirements for free shipping are met, delivery by freight forwarder within Germany will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the delivery time within Germany is approx. 2-3 business days.

If paying in advance, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the full invoice amount in our account. For the other payment methods, the delivery period begins after the conclusion of the contract.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, we will generally ship the order in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest stated delivery time.

Partial deliveries

If partial deliveries are necessary for organizational reasons and are initiated by us, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.

If you expressly request partial deliveries, additional shipping costs may apply. We will inform you of the amount before proceeding. Additional costs will only be charged after prior agreement.

Self-pickup

If self-pickup is offered in the order process, you can pick up your order from us after receiving our readiness confirmation.

There are no shipping costs for self-pickup. Please do not pick up your order until you have received a readiness confirmation or an individual appointment confirmation from us.

Payment options

The payment options available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process. Depending on the order, the device used, and the availability of the respective payment service provider, the following payment methods may be offered in particular:

  • PayPal
  • PayPal Express
  • Later or flexible payment methods offered by PayPal
  • Amazon Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Payment methods offered by Klarna, if available
  • Advance payment by bank transfer, if offered in the order process
  • Cash payment upon self-pickup, if offered in the order process
  • Card payment for self-pickup, if available on-site

The payment options that are shown to you in the specific ordering process before you place your order are decisive.

Advance payment by bank transfer

If you choose the payment method prepayment, the invoice amount is due for payment after the contract is concluded. You will receive our bank details and the payment information required for assignment with the order confirmation or a separate payment request.

Shipment of the goods will be made upon full receipt of the invoice amount in our account.

Payment via a payment service provider

When selecting a payment service provider, payment processing is handled by the respective provider. The terms and conditions of the selected payment service provider may also apply to the use of the payment method.

Individual payment methods may be subject to approval or verification by the respective payment service provider. We have no influence over this decision.

Payment upon pickup

For self-pickup, payment can be made in cash or using the payment methods available at the pickup location, provided they are offered in the ordering process.

Child protection and age verification

We comply with legal regulations for the protection of children and adolescents when selling and dispensing alcoholic beverages.

Beer, wine, wine-like beverages, sparkling wine, and mixtures of these drinks with non-alcoholic drinks may only be sold and dispensed to individuals who have reached the age of 16th year of age completed have.

Other alcoholic beverages, in particular spirits, brandies, liqueurs and spirit-based beverages, as well as foodstuffs containing such alcoholic beverages in more than negligible amounts, are sold and supplied exclusively to persons who are 18 years of age completed have.

Crucial for the age restriction is the type of beverage, not solely its alcohol content. The age restriction applicable to each product is indicated on a product-by-product basis in the online shop.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reached the legal minimum age for the products ordered.

If an order contains products with different age restrictions, the highest required age limit applies to the entire order.

To comply with legal age limits, age and identity checks can be carried out during the ordering process and when handing over the order.

The recipient may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery person or our staff for self-pickup.

Delivery of alcoholic beverages is exclusively to individuals who have reached the minimum age required for the respective order. If the required age cannot be proven, the goods will not be handed over.
