Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days.

For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period begins:

• on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods;
• when ordering multiple goods that are delivered separately, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last good;
• for goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

For service contracts, the cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or an email, inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the sample cancellation form provided below for this purpose. However, the use of the sample cancellation form is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will have to refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract is received by us.

Additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us are excluded from reimbursement.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

For contracts for the supply of goods, we may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Special provisions for services

If you have requested that a service commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the performance.

For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

This can apply in particular to bindingly booked wine tastings, wine hikes, events, guided tours, or comparable experiences, provided that a specific date or time period has been agreed upon for them.
