2021 Mariager Cuvée of Seyval Blanc + Johanniter
WEINLIEBE – A Danish-German Friendship. Our idea to grow wine together grew not only from our friendship, but above all from our love of wine. In April 2009, we planted 1000 Seyval blanc vines in Semsogard (East Jutland) | Denmark, and were able to enlarge the vineyard with an additional 500 Johanniter vines in 2011.
The wine? A straightforward wine reminiscent of a flower meadow with floral aromas and a perfectly balanced acidity. Lightness is our stated goal – like the way the Danes live – without much stress or appointments.
