Payment & Shipping<\/h1>\n\n

\n Below you will find information on our prices,\nshipping costs, delivery conditions, and payment options.\n <\/p>\n\n

Prices<\/h2>\n\n

\n All prices listed in our online shop are total prices in Euros and include the currently applicable statutory value-added tax.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs may apply. The shipping costs for your order will be displayed in the shopping cart as well as during the checkout process before you submit your binding order.\n <\/p>\n\n

Delivery area<\/h2>\n\n

\n Orders and deliveries through our online shop generally take place within Germany.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n International shipments are only possible upon prior individual inquiry and on the basis of a separate agreement. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can inform you about the available shipping options and the specific shipping costs.\n <\/p>\n\n

Shipping costs within Germany<\/h2>\n\n

\n For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of\n 8.90 \u20ac including VAT<\/strong>\n per order.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n \n We offer free shipping within Germany for orders with a value of \u20ac150.00 or more.\n <\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The value of the goods after deducting any granted discounts and before adding shipping costs is decisive.\n <\/p>\n\n

Shipping method<\/h2>\n\n

\n Shipping is usually done with DPD in shipping boxes suitable for wine.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Delivery may be made by freight forwarder for orders of 60 bottles or more. The specific shipping method will be determined by us based on the size and weight of the order.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If the requirements for free shipping are met, delivery by freight forwarder within Germany will not incur any additional shipping costs.\n <\/p>\n\n

Delivery times<\/h2>\n\n

\n Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the delivery time within Germany is\n approx. 2-3 business days<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If paying in advance, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the full invoice amount in our account. For the other payment methods, the delivery period begins after the conclusion of the contract.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If you order multiple products with different delivery times, we will generally ship the order in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest stated delivery time.\n <\/p>\n\n

Partial deliveries<\/h2>\n\n

\n If partial deliveries are necessary for organizational reasons and are initiated by us, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If you expressly request partial deliveries, additional shipping costs may apply. We will inform you of the amount before proceeding. Additional costs will only be charged after prior agreement.\n <\/p>\n\n

Self-pickup<\/h2>\n\n

\n If self-pickup is offered in the order process, you can pick up your order from us after receiving our readiness confirmation.\n <\/p>\n\n
